Founder & Principal of the Grace Group. Tara is a corporate communication leader with 25+ years of experience directing and implementing external and employee communication for biopharma companies. Tara founded the Grace Group, named after her beloved Granny, in 2020. Before founding the agency, she led communication for a 2B+ business unit at Genentech during her 20••••16 tenure at the company. She has led award-winning patient and consumer education campaigns, successful product launches and navigated a myriad of complex reputational issues. The Grace Group is a consulting firm founded in 2020 that brings together senior-level practitioners to provide strategic and tactical communication support to high-potential biotech companies. Our 20+ team members have at least 15 years of experience gained through leadership roles within biotech companies and at leading healthcare PR agencies, design firms, and news organizations. We build successful client-agency partnerships rooted in trust and a commitment to communications as an essential strategic lever in navigating pivotal growth phases.
