Practicing entertainment and media law in the areas of film/TV, music, UGC, interactive, and consumer products, I help rightsholders, producers, studios, financiers, and companies bring their entertainment properties to life and reach audiences worldwide. I’ve acted as finance, production, and/or E&O counsel for award-winning indie films, theatrical releases with A-list stars, and original series on Netflix, Disney, Hulu, Nickelodeon, Discovery, and more.In the CP space, I\'ve helped clients create and grow top brands internationally by delivering quality merchandise and innovative promotional partnerships that grew brand affinity among fans.I work with production, creative, and business affairs partners to negotiate, structure, draft, and review the agreements necessary to develop, produce, and license IP from development to post-production and exhibition, along with accompanying and standalone CP programs.
