   Initially, I was hired by ClearSight to deliver client-side software implementations from planning to go-live. Additionally, I directed PMO initiatives to drive organizational excellence and implement best practices. After Riskonnect acquired Clearsight in 2019, I was retained as an employee. While serving in this capacity, I formed and led cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and deliver initiatives according to specifications\\\\n\\\\n\\\\nDuring this time, I managed a multimillion-dollar portfolio of both ClearSight and Riskonnect initiatives and delivered projects on time/on budget. Additionally, I drove revenue growth by increasing billable hours 40% and working with clients and team on expectations around deliverables. Also notable, I directed multiple client projects simultaneously, led internal special projects, and minimized the team’s non-billable hours.
