About Tara Brooke

I help care systems grow without losing what makes them human.I’m a co-founder of Doula Trainings International (DTI) and a longtime builder in women’s health and mission-driven healthcare. For over 15 years, I’ve designed health forward brands, built out marketing, trainings, partnerships, and operations that support doulas, counselors, educators, and care teams across the country — many of whom now serve families through clinics, telehealth platforms, nonprofits, and community organizations.My work lives in the space between marketing strategy and care delivery: creating certification programs, digital content, onboarding systems, experiential events, and national partnership initiatives, alongside the operational frameworks that make them sustainable. I love designing learning and community experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and deeply human, and that still work at scale.In recent years, my interest has expanded into care navigation, caregiver support, and the aging and elder-care space, where dignity, access, and emotional support are just as critical, and just as underserved, as they are in maternal health.I’m deeply motivated by equitable access to care, thoughtful experience design, and building systems that support both patients and the humans who care for them.
