Tara Bristol Rouse is a Principal at Partnership Health Advisors, where she provides leadership and consultative services for a diverse portfolio of federally and privately funded projects focused on healthcare quality, safety, equity and patient experience. Tara is a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design and is passionate about using a design thinking approach that engages the human perspective in all aspects of systems-building, organizational development, improvement and problem-solving.
