As a dedicated member, I oversee the implementation, support, and product development of Servicengine’s International Compensation module. With over 23 years of extensive experience in both global and US domestic corporate relocation, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. My professional journey includes managing tri-regional global compensation teams and processes, spearheading client implementation, and excelling in expense management and payroll processing. Throughout my career, I\'ve specialized in diverse areas, including domestic gross-up, international payroll, compensation accumulation, policy counseling, and process development. I graduated from Western Connecticut University with a bachelor\'s degree in Business Science, laying a strong foundation for my career pursuits. Outside the office, my heart belongs to cheering on my daughter, Emma, at her cheer competitions and spending quality time with my sons, Aiden and Logan. I\'m passionate about leveraging my experience and skills to drive impactful solutions and contribute meaningfully to the field of global corporate relocation.
