Adirondack Case Management & Advocacy is a privately owned company that was established to help families and professionals navigate the system of services which supports individuals with disabilities. As residents of New York State, we are fortunate to have many programs which are designed to meet the needs of the disability community. Yet even the most well-intentioned and competent advocates can find the service delivery system complicated, and the rules governing eligibility and access to programs difficult to understand. We work together with family members, service coordinators, guardians, and trustees to access available services through various government-funded programs, and to ensure that private funds (either trust funds or family funds) are utilized in a cost-effective manner.
