   Oversee full-cycle recruitment process, manage multiple job openings while collaborating with hiring managers on candidate strategy & hiring- Focused but not limited to Non-Tech hiring within departments such as Public Relations, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, People & HR- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle of the hiring process- Conduct intake meetings with hiring leaders & set up requisitions, interviewer plans, and case studies- Partner with recruiting coordination team on interview scheduling & logistics- Create & extend offer letters to candidates through candidate closing as well as facilitate offer negotiations between candidates & the business- Lead interviews with candidates both in the US & Internationally (including UK, Australia, Brazil)- Source and screen candidates through platforms such as Linkedin, Indeed, & Greenhouse- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Executive Leadership- Monitor internal ATS systems such as Greenhouse and Gem- Manage high volume interviewing, hiring manager meetings, and pipeline of qualified candidates
