Joined Trimont as part of a portfolio transition from Wells Fargo, continuing support for the same set of commercial real estate loans within the Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) function.As part of Trimont’s Asset Management team, I contribute to the efficient servicing and oversight of commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with lender and trust requirements. My responsibilities include:Identifying reserve requirements from loan documents and ensuring accurate monitoring, acting on behalf of lenders or trusts.Reviewing periodic reports, including replacement reserves, TI/LC reserves, FF & E reserves, seasonality reports, and monthly constant trigger reports.Conducting research and analysis for escalated issues and ensuring timely resolution.Maintaining monitoring notes and updating review timelines in the strategy portal.Collaborating with asset management teams and escalating unresolved triggers to reserve analysts for further action.This role allows me to apply my experience in commercial loan servicing while contributing to Trimont’s industry-leading asset management operations.
