Afrifursa’s mission is to provide insight into African business, culture and society and to encourage global citizens and organizations to participate in equitable opportunities of exchange with Africa.• Hosting the Afri Future Tech Summit which has attracted over 1400 attendees from over 40 countries and industry leaders as speakers such as Layial El Hadi of Fintech Cadence, the Honourable Ahmed Hussen Canada\'s Ministers of International Development, Almaz Negash CEO of African Diaspora Network and Ali Hussein Chair of Association of Fintechs Kenya. Curating high value discussions to connect Canadian and African ecosystems. Successful fundraising of sponsorship from respected technology leaders like the DMZ, University of Toronto, the City of Markham, the City of Brampton and FinDev. • Hosting and participating in inbound trade missions; conducting ecosystem tours in Canada\'s most advanced and innovative hubs; curating high value b2b and b2g connections to increase trade and investment outcomes. • Creating a platform for collaborative work with Canada-Africa facing private sector and civil society organizations; informing the development of innovation forward policy to facilitate Canada-Africa relations; representing African interests in Canada towards achieving the African Union\'s Agenda 2063.
