   Responsible for complete procurement cycle (Review MR / Indent –-> Sourcing->RFQ->QTS->PO in ERP / Excel->Expediting->Logistics->Payment)• Handling the Complete Procurement of Raw Materials (Plates, Pipes, Flanges, Fittings, Structural Materials (Beam, Channel, Angle), Fasteners, Gaskets, Welding Consumables, Paint & Mechanical Equipment’s as per the MR up to the delivery of material & Vendor payment of Oil & Gas Industries.• Researching potential vendors and purchasing quality product and material.• Develop project procurement strategy, building strong relationship with suppliers and negotiation with them for price & delivery.• Review the completeness of material technical specifications as per drawings / documents, certification, inspection & testing requirements and prepare tender scope of supply.• Sending RFQ / Enquiry through mail / system to all approved vendors / suppliers and responding their queries.• Sending TQ (Technical Queries) to appropriate supplier and expediting supplier & respective functions to finish out the TQs in order to receive the signed TBE from Operations / Client.• Conduct the commercial evaluation by sending Commercial Queries if any for the technically accepted suppliers & preparing CBE.• Set-up the Packaged Item / Raw Materials strategy with close coordination of Package Manager to lead commercial negotiations, using any possible leverage to achieve the targets and obtain competitive pricing along with Commercial T&C.• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long terms saving on procurement cost.• Expediting, Monitoring and coordinating deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered at site or store on time.• Reviewing supplier’s draft shipping documentation, giving dispatch clearance, coordinating with logistics team to Vessels booking / transportation arrangement and ensure FOB / FOR / Ex-works deliveries.• Updating weekly / monthly progress reports.
