ABOUT TAPANJEET SINGH MAKKER

With 14 years of diverse and global experience in human resources, I am currently the HR for the Global DPEx team of Dr. Reddy\'s, enabling Talent across AI, Digital, Enterprise, Data & Automation.Prior to this, I was the CHRO (Leading both the HR and the Admin teams) for IPO bound Deltatech Gaming, a leader in the real money online gaming space in India, where I partnered with the business teams to design and implement strategic HR initiatives and processes that aligned with the organizational goals and objectives.I have also worked with market leaders in casual mobile gaming and consulting, such as Scopely and Deloitte, where I led and contributed to multiple projects across different domains and geographies. I have also received multiple awards and recognitions for my outstanding performance and excellence. I hold an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of the top business schools in India.My core competencies include HR business advisory, performance management, diversity and inclusion, acquisition, employer branding, engagement, learning, automation, change management, talent management, coaching and talent strategy.
