Lead and oversee the end-to-end processing and validation of corporate action events (dividends, mergers, rights issues, stock splits, etc.) for global equity markets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to SLA/quality standards. • Analyze and interpret corporate action announcements using Bloomberg terminals and Security Master databases to ensure accurate and timely updates. • Manage end -to-end corporate action workflows through BlackRock and CAM (Corporate Action Management) systems, ensuring high -quality data delivery for NAV calculations and client reporting. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of data feeds from market data providers like Bloomberg, IDC, and DTCC. • Coordinate communication of elections with fund managers, portfolio managers, and sub -advisors to ensure timely instruction to custodian banks. • Reconcile high-volume assets exception breaks and cash breaks. • Mentor and support team members, providing training, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment to improve overall team productivity and expertise. • Contribute to process optimization by identifying inefficiencies in corporate action data workflows and implementing solutions to enhance data reliability and scalability.
