As the lead for Data initiatives/solutions and the establishment of Analytics milestones for multiple new product launches in the Metaverse space, including (not limited) the highly successful Virtual Reality Avatar Marketplace, Facebook/Instagram Avatar Store, and Virtual World Integrations, I have played a critical role in the advancement of the Metaverse industry- Design future-proof data logging specifications and telemetry to capture user interactions within the product flows and empower analytics- The initiatives I have overseen are widely regarded as the foundational building blocks of this exciting new frontier, and I am proud to have been at the forefront of this groundbreaking work- My expertise in the areas of Analytics and Product launch strategy have enabled me to provide valuable insights and leadership to my team, resulting in the successful launch and adoption of these innovative products- As the leader of DE (Data Engineering) efforts, I spearhead cross-functional collaboration with XFN partners to shape and guide the prioritization of product, topline, and KPI metrics essential for assessing the success of product launches and achieving PMF (Product Market Fit)- I effectively onboard and mentor new team members using a variety of channels, including enhancing their product comprehension, imparting best practices, assisting with prioritization, and providing extensive opportunities for personal and professional development- As a skilled data professional, I establish data foundations and construct data infrastructure utilizing a range of powerful tools such as Python, SQL, Hive, Presto, Airflow, Kafka, and more. This enables me to create a centralized source of truth for all ETL pipelines including facts, dimensions, cubes, and other important data components, ultimately supporting robust data visualizations and dashboards.
