Spearheading the development and execution of proposals for establishing plastic waste collection units in collaboration with aggregators, traders, informal sector players (kabadiwalas), private waste management companies, and Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), with a focus on channelizing Post-Consumer Resin (PCR) and Post-Industrial Resin (PIR) waste to the Kashipur recycling facility.• Building partnerships with aggregators and channel partners to promote the organization’s brand value through targeted IEC (Information, Education & Communication) initiatives, community engagement programs, and outreach campaigns.• Leading strategic planning to enhance material inflow while ensuring compliance with quality standards and contamination thresholds across the plastic waste supply chain.• Conducting site visits across India to identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for sustained and scalable procurement of PCR and PIR plastic waste.• Managing end-to-end vendor relations, including sourcing, rate negotiation, contract finalization, and monitoring material performance to meet recycling targets.• Coordinating rate benchmarking and quality assurance checks, ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining material integrity in line with recycling plant requirements.
