Working on digital consolidation project with strategic and digital unit of one of the largest PSU in the field of oil and gas industry. The scope of the project includes building web portals and mobile applications for different personas dealing with the distribution and management of the LPG throughout the country. • Working from client site and leading a functional team of business analyst assigned to LPG project, responsibilities include deliverables of functionalities, managing the client requirements, and third-party vendor communications.• Requirements gathering for “Kart to Order” management, Third-Party service providers, Reporting for all the users, features, new functionalities and enhancements.• Supporting existing production project and acting as Interim lead to handle new unavoidable time bounded requirements as advised by the ministry of Petroleum and Gas.• Writing user stories, creating workflows for new functionalities and features, drafting process notes for documentation purpose, creating technical documents for API integrations with third parties, utilization of SQL to get the live data from production for data analysis.• Conduct user stories grooming sessions, reviewing the test cases, taking internal demos, managing development and quality assurance queries.• Interviewing new candidates for our project, knowledge transfer sessions for the new joiners from business analyst, development, and Quality.
