Speedgoat is expanding its HIL rack production capabilities to the US market and I was brought in to build that operation from scratch. At its core I build and validate these rack systems to customer requirements, which includes setting up and maintaining the production lab itself (safety, procurement processes, inventory management). Beyond this, I contribute to product development - currently adapting the power distribution unit to support US 3-phase grid input as part of a broader push toward more modular rack subsystems. I am also leading a project to help expand our US market share: developing a line of preconfigured rack solutions that translate common customer use cases into standard technical packages, reducing cost and lead times relative to our current fully custom approach.
