As a seasoned engineering executive in the aerospace and defense industry, I currently lead the Manufacturing Engineering group, overseeing the Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical & Tool Engineering, and Document Control & Configuration Management departments to support business operations. I develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company\'s overall business goals. In the past, I have acted as a change agent to drive operational excellence transformations and increase manufacturing productivity. I am a results-oriented leader experienced in developing and leading performance improvement initiatives, particularly through Lean Six Sigma tools and Project Management methodologies. My responsibilities include advancing manufacturing processes by utilizing innovative technology to improve products and procedures. I also manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects for the acquisition of new equipment, equipment overhauls, and the integration of new products or processes. I bring 17 years of experience in mechanical engineering, product development, and manufacturing processes. As an experienced project manager, I lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, ensuring products are manufactured on schedule, meeting quality standards, and adhering to cost objectives. I hold a Master\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine and have earned Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
