Responsibilities: Plan and facilitate workshops to refine project deliverables and align expectations with stakeholders. Conduct gap analysis to identify and address discrepancies between current processes and futureoutcomes. Define and prioritise user stories and use cases, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements. Create process flow diagrams and wireframes to support the development team and ensure clarity in application design. Develop and continuously update key project documents, including the stakeholders\' register and business requirements document (BRD) ensuring alignment with project objectives. Conduct requirements elicitation sessions with key stakeholders to gather and validate business and user requirements for a streamlined document-sharing application. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, scrum masters, and external vendors to maintain project progress and mitigate risks related to licensing, resource allocation, and security compliance. Support the testing phase by creating test cases and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) Ensure all deliverables adhere to the project quality expectations for user-friendly design and seamless functionality. Key Results: Successfully delivered a functional and user-friendly mobile application for Android and iOS platforms that enabled improved UI/UX, wider product selection, and multiple payment methods. Ensured robust backup processes and compliance with data protection standards, mitigating risk ahead of external audits. Facilitated prioritisation and roadmap planning that balanced ecommerce, customer experience, and warehouse system improvements, aligning with strategic business objectives.
