Lextech assists clients in user experience, AI, spatial strategy and agile software development. I have led projects in the pharmaceutical industry with responsibility for projects with 15-25 team members and $5M+ in annual billing. • Led inception phases to define new user experiences, high level epics & stories, key data requirements and high-level architecture. Created project plans and estimates and ensured alignment to key business objectives.• One large project (25-person team) was to support field sales teams to eliminate time consuming work and save reps 8 hours / week and managers 12 hours / week. Worked to create tools to support coaching, sales analytics and pre-call planning. o Worked with a client unaccustomed to agile to guide best practices and change management. Aligned delivery process to meet demanding needs in a regulated industry. 18-months after delivery, under 10 defects were found in production.• Another large project (15-person team) created a new model for consumers to secure a vaccination appointment at a pharmacy. Coordinated with our client and 5 major pharmacies to allow patients to quickly schedule an appointment before leaving their doctor’s office.o Worked through legal and security definitions for HIPAA compliance. Coordinated team to build 3 mobile experiences (Apple AppClip, Android Instant Play and a Web App) with a complex services layer and Azure infrastructure. • Directed other smaller projects: Managed an Apple Vision Pro spatial POC to allow technicians to visualize equipment repairs and use AI to identify technical specifications. Defined sales field needs for a new Omni-channel website project. Managed a UX project to define healthcare office journey maps for prescribing a new, complex drug.
