I believe that building increasingly high performing teams requires humbleness, empathy, constant learning and consistent investments every day- My platform teams are responsible for our AWS infrastructure and various developer tools, co-building the CICD platform for MB.OS (Mercedes-Benz Operating System)- My product team builds and maintains a developer portal to increase the user experience with our platform, by implementing self-services, automation solutions and streamlined content- My coaching team is a community of Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches that guide product and platform teams on their journey of agile transformation and effective scrum implementation.
