Coached agile/product best practices and provided insights and thought leadership for improvements. Climate Corporation (Bayer) Transformed a high priority, large scale program to one of the best performing in the company. The program met all SAFe deadlines with increased team satisfaction and collaboration. Additional requests for non-duty related issue were quick and thoroughly completed. Several out of the box value adds were also provided such as dashboards, reports, information architecture and thought leadership. This was all accomplished during a SAFe transformation with frequent changes in processes and direction. Meta Defined and documented a unique and a high risk, critical role that was ambiguous and without proper understanding. With the new documented processes, critical and high-risk issues were remediated through either engineering or legal by 75%. Implemented processes to efficiently integrate the program into an agile/Scrum framework, increasing the velocity by over 50%.
