About Tanya Rastogi
I am currently a CD Analytics and Performance Manager, as part of the COE (Centre of Excellence) function at HUL. Right before this, I was an ASCM with TN cluster in South Branch. During my UFLP (Unilever Future Leaders Programme) training, I got to be a part of several teams across stints, ranging from Brand Development to Customer Marketing.I’m an Applied Psychology graduate and was awarded the Delhi University Gold Medal by Sri. M. Venkaiah Naidu, the former Vice President of India. Post this, I pursued PGDM-Marketing from SPJIMR, Mumbai.I’ve also mentored students with intellectual & psychological difficulties and externed at Fortis (Delhi) to understand counselling modalities.
