Also involved in client engagement and end to end recruitment from sourcing till candidate on boarding at client place.Sourcing candidates through Job portals, social network, and advertisement.Posting Job requirements on leading job portals and screening responses.Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skill sets.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.Utilize various recruitment tools, platforms, and networks to source potential candidates, such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry events.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, providing timely updates and feedback to all applicants.Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.Screening and expectation setting of candidates as per position available (Salary, Role, Work, Location, etc.) Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process.Organizing Telephonic/google meet/Face to face interviews (when required).Ensuring timely follow ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of interview.Getting feedback from the panel and candidates about the interview Slots.Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them onboard without fail.
