ABOUT TETIANA KRASOTA
I have more than 12 years of experience in the IT sphere. I have worked in client-facing positions connected with Sales and Account management, Partnership connections, and Project management during this term. At the beginning of my career, while working with an IT outsourcing service provider, I started a separate division within the company - a service agency called Artel Outsourcing Group. Our main expertise was finding developers of any stack in 24 hours. The biggest achievement at that time was developing this field from scratch and running projects with 100+ dedicated consultants at the same time. In March 2018, I joined Master of Code Global as the Partnership Director. This position encompasses connections with MOCs’ Partners and Clients. My mandate is to develop a Partnership program in the East European region.Another part of my responsibilities includes management of Sales and Accounting for MOCs’ clients.
