Teach a variety of design, textiles and computer courses, preparing students with a wide variety of skill sets to enter the apparel design industry.* Continually assess and develop curriculum to provide students with relevant apparel industry training.* Develop original lecture content based on industry experience, current trends and student needs.* Give timely and constructive feedback to students on visual presentations, papers and assignments.* Collaborate with other instructors and departments to integrate learning across disciplines.* Communicate regularly with alumni to build networking opportunities for students and program.* Actively support the School of Apparel Design & Development by being a key participant in departmental initiatives such as branding, website development and continuing education.* Research and recommend technology to aid student learning. Initiated and wrote curriculum grant to integrate 3D software.* Network with industry professionals for alignment of program with industry practices.
