AS A HUMAN IN THE WORKPLACE: I like my ideas bold and my connections real—nothing makes me feel more stimulated at work (or in life) than venturing down an unconventional path or interacting with others in a meaningful & authentic way. I work best when I feel challenged, creative, and in charge. I love ideating on exciting new projects but can be equally energized looking for answers in the weeds or taking a boots-on-the-ground approach to getting sh*t done. An ideal day at work for me includes collaboration or teaching moments with my team, good conversation with a client, and heads down time on whatever project I’ve deemed most interesting or important—plus some ad hoc creative problem-solving, I’d be lying if I said I don’t secretly love putting out fires. I\'m passionate about candid communication, strong branding, and telling a good story. CURRENTLY: At Screen Pilot, through innovative digital marketing: helping luxury resorts & boutique hotels increase brand awareness, drive direct bookings, and strategically navigate the ever-changing travel hospitality landscape. I lead a versatile team in full-funnel marketing strategy, account management, & client relationship building.
