I started with them as a Graduate Trainee Manager and have worked at various flagship sites including British American Tobacco, ASOS, Rio Tinto and De Beers.My roles have been varied; from managing a challenging 24/7 street food style operation, to a team of 40 employees across 5 top class corporate service areas, to coordinating the administration for 25 luxury corporate apartments in central London.Day to day duties include designing marketing communications including newsletters and brochures, formatting client reports, creating financial spreadsheets, organising hospitality functions, project-specific supplier bench-marking, managing HR and recruitment processes, completing due diligence paperwork, bookkeeping and invoicing.Highlights over the years include being hand-picked to help obtain the “Hospitality Assured” quality standard for the company, achieving 83.2%; achieving a Certificate of Excellence in the European Safety Bureau audit with 98.28%; and project-managing a new-build trendy coffee bar, a kitchen-upgrade refurbishment, a restaurant revitalisation, and mobilising a full catering operation to a brand new site.
