Tanya Boone directs the firm’s work in Florida, Georgia, New York, and nationally for its finance offerings to EMS providers. Working on engagements from program design to implementation, she collaborates with both clients and team members on initiatives in Medicaid financing, managed care, and provider policy and reimbursement. She brings an expert perspective to the team, having held a number of health care and financial leadership roles throughout her career. Tanya has led the successful design, approval, and implementation of multiple Medicaid equity and workforce initiatives that secured over $1B in new funding for safety net and teaching hospitals in Georgia and Florida.
