Toeing the delicate balance between front-line worker and people leader, I support a portfolio of researchers as well as directly supervise three Grants and Contracts Administrators. The Center Business Operations (CBO) provides pre-award and post-award support to faculty with sponsored research activity. With members in 4 states and 3 time zones, I enjoy leading our diverse team towards achieving collective goals as well as organizing team activities to deepen our connection. Highlights: I served as Co-Lead on SCRI\'s first Focused Improvement Project which transformed our Proposal Review and Submission Process to enhance operational efficiency while aligning with our goals of advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion.
