In my role as a Technical Business Analyst and Project Manager, I focused on driving efficiency and fostering collaboration within dynamic project environments. I lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple medium to large-scale projects, aiming to make teams more agile and efficient. I facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Agile principles. By guiding teams through effective retrospectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, I aim to optimize team performance and enhance project delivery.After completing my undergraduate studies in Computer Science, I pursued a Master’s degree in Information Technology Leadership and Cyber Security to further hone my expertise in the field.In addition to my academic achievements, I have embraced public speaking opportunities, sharing my knowledge and insights with others. As a speaker, I have engaged with diverse audiences, from fellow professionals to students, inspiring and educating them on the latest trends and developments in Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Project Management, and STEM education.Recently, I have published my first book,\'Discovering The Silver Bullet\', which is based on an insightful analysis of Agile transformation and project management methodologies. My aim is to provide readers with valuable knowledge and scenarios to help them implement Agile methodologies in their projects and think outside the box to simplify or improve the traditional approach.
