About Tanya Agarwal
As a Scientist, I am working across various aspects of fuel cells including development of new and improved membrane solutions that offer long term durability, investigation of strategies to enhance the activity and durability of Pt/C catalysts, identifying degradation routes for various components in fuel cells and addressing them and developing and advancing understanding of alternatives to PFSAs in fuel cells. Previously, as a UC/LANL Entrepreneurial Postdoc Fellow, I identified market opportunities and pitched my ideas for PFSA alternatives to various investors which garnered wide interest. My work has sparked industry interest, leading to collaborative endeavors across Industries. I am also heavily invested in developing sensing solutions for PFSA in wastewater systems using electrochemical methods.
