Risk and product - for everything around loans. I\'ve devised financially secure loan books and created tech first products that enable such loan books to scale at minimal risk.I have spent the last 6 years at IDFC First Bank to scale its loan books by10x and reduce TAT by >50%. I\'ve been able to deliver such results by a) creating the risk and policy frameworks for these loans and tracking the portfolios and b) developing user flows and calculation engines to enable users to apply for and receive such loans via an app or a website.I joined as part of the initial team of 5-7 folks across all loan products - currently, this team consists of 100+ people.When I\'m not creating financial products, I like to keep myself busy with art, baking, yoga, and dancing :)
