It motivated me to think creatively on my feet and delegate.Another such opportunity was sought when I started working with Bank of America (BoA) as a Sr. Tech Associate, my role demanded to acquire skills in Hadoop, PySparkand SQL. The project, Model Data Solutions and Analytics (MDSA), not only helped me understand functional aspects of models like CECL, CRELL and ABL but also to explore various avenues for process improvement and automation in the day to day work. Additionally, working in Agile methodology, made the structure of my work more systematic, visible to deliver business value.BoA’s diverse internal learning pathways gave me a good handle of Wholesale Banking & Credit Technology and Business Acumen. Moreover, I got the chance to work on Trifacta POC, to reduce the accessing time in preparing the data, using a combination ofMachine Learning-based suggestions for data transformation. Volunteering has always been a part of my life. My involvement in various non-profit organizations like Eride, Lighthouse Project and BoA’s ESG has endowed me withgreat learning experience. It has equally been beneficial to me as to society.
