Executive Director - Head of Third Party Program Governance and Risk Management @Morgan Stanley

Responsible for driving all program governance and risk management aspects across the Third Party Risk Management Program and creating a framework for managing and measuring delivery of key initiatives and performance through analytics and metrics- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Operational Risk, Internal Audit and Technology to ensure adherence to the Firm’s global strategy, risk appetite and tolerance levels for outsourcing and ensuring the framework is embedded across all Business Units and aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices relative to peers- Responsible for monitoring across all remediation activities and issues to ensure they are completed to resolution, on time with quality- Work with Technology to assist in managing delivery of solutions to support program processes, including customized workflows, requirements and roadmap for new systems implementation- Managing interactions with regulators and internal stakeholders: assisting in providing oversight for supervisory engagements; coordinating and managing events related to examinations and continuous monitoring, including working with businesses and functions, quality assurance of requested data aggregation and providing updates at regulatory meetings- Provide staff a strong day‐to‐day leadership presence in establishing, prioritizing and coordinating across program activities, considering resources needs, timelines, and improvements to the controls and efficiency of processes.
