I am a recruiter with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from National Post Graduate College. I have over 3.7 years of experience in recruiting healthcare, IT, and non-IT professionals for various settings and domains. I have strong problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills, as well as an understanding of employment laws and best practices.Currently, I am working as a recruiter at Compunnel Inc, where I collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and source qualified candidates. I use various channels, such as job boards(Monster, Career Builder, Dice, Zip Recruiter, Vivian, Indeed, LinkedIn, Social media, Professional networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates. I also review resumes and applications, schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate terms and conditions. I have successfully filled multiple positions in healthcare, IT, and non-IT fields, contributing to the growth and diversity of the organization.
