Doing so requires solid communication skills and an ability to help and teach others organisational strategies as well.*Resume Screening and Evaluation: Reviewing resumes, assessing qualifications, and shortlisting candidates based on their skills, experience, and alignment with the job requirements.*Interviewing: Conducting interviews, either in-person or remotely, to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the IT positions.*Candidate Assessment: Administering technical assessments or coordinating technical evaluations to assess candidates\' proficiency in specific programming languages, software tools, or IT domains.*Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT staffing needs, and collaborating to identify the most suitable candidates for their requirements.*Offer Negotiation and Closing: Facilitating the negotiation process between the client and the candidate, including salary, benefits, start date, and other terms of employment.*Candidate Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process by coordinating background checks, references, and ensuring a smooth transition for the candidate into their new IT role.
