Statutory Executive Director of Mountjoy providing strategic direction to the business- Executive responsibility for leading and directing the delivery of the Maintenance contracts within Mountjoy including across School, University, Industry, Heritage, Council, and Social Housing sectors- Leading operational delivery and excellence for PPM, reactive breakdowns and minor project works across fabric, electrical and mechanical disciplines - Accountable for P&L and balance sheet performance - Ensuring high standards of client, customer and staff satisfaction whilst maintaining health, safety, quality and contractual requirements- Responsible for leading the growth of the Maintenance Division through OJEU tendering, negotiated contracts and winning extensions for existing contracts - Leadership of the team to embed the Mountjoy ethos and support people to develop and achieve their potential
