About Tanya Phillips

I represent injured workers and accident victims. My practice concentrates on Workers’ Compensation claims, Social Security Disability claims and personal injury matters. I am active member of the Mercer County Bar Association and I currently serve as the Vice-President. I was presented with the MCBA Young Lawyer of the Year Award in 2008. I am also involved in the Mercer County Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the MCBA, and have previously served as a Trustee and Secretary. On January 1, 2017 I became the President of the Foundation. I am the Treasurer of the Mercer County American Inn of Court – Hon. F. Patrick McManimon Session. She is a Barrister of the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. New Jersey Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court. I am member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Association of Justice and American Association of Justice. I was born in Cleveland, Ohio and grew up on a farm in southwestern Pennsylvania. Yes, this means I am a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. I currently reside in West Amwell Township near Lambertville. I enjoy gardening, cooking and reading in my spare time (whenever that is). I like to travel and spend time in New York City enjoying theatre and the arts.
