Over 20 years of dedicated experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting and internal audit, my core competencies lie in meticulous financial documentation, accounting research and effective risk assessment. My mission is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all SEC filings, aligning with the company\'s commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance. I have worked with many accounting applications and just recently implemented Workiva to enhance our team\'s capability to manage the consolidation and reporting process effectively.I have taken charge of compiling and filing critical financial documents such as Form 10K\'s and 10Q\'s and have been the key liaison with auditors. I can\'t even count the number of technical accounting memos I have written, and it is one of my favorite things to do. It\'s constant learning and just laying out the analysis from the guidance is so satisfying. People always say I am weird for liking it! I look forward to gaining more knowledge as complex transactions keep popping up!
