As an Associate Process Manager at Eclerx, I supervise the work of Analysts and Senior Analysts toensure the timely reconciliation of trades and the delivery of reports to our clients. When discrepancies in deals are identified, I address these issues by communicating directly with clients to resolve them. During peak periods, I perform individual trade checkouts and assist the team as needed.
