Blending the field of Organizational Health and Human and Organizational Performance, beyond safety compliance helps environmental organizations to become internally healthier as an organization, allowing them to continue productively to help others combat the destructive nature of many developed nations\' lifestyles! I choose to help environmental companies, as climate crises are now with us, and if we do not change the way many in specifically North America live, we will continue the onslaught of extreme weather and all the destruction that follows - both in our own backyard and worse, in places that never did contribute to the climate crisis.
