   Leading the Architecture and Construction team of US & Canada for LivSmart, Home2, Homewood, Embassy and Hilton Grand Vacations. The team supports franchise developers on new builds and re-branding (development through opening) through area programming, site analysis, design meetings, plan reviews, interior design presentations, model room reviews, coordination with Hilton departmental experts (Operations, F&B, Risk Management, Technology, etc.), and progress inspections.Experience while at Hilton:Managed development and revision process for the Design & Construction (D&C) Brand Standards including streamlining reviews, edits and approvals for existing brands as well as new brands. Developed harmonization of D&C Standard’s content across brands and regions and oversaw language translations of D&C Standards. Actively participated in creation of a standards database and website including its appearance, functionality, editing features, and interface with other systems. Supervised staff and their coordination of global D&C development documents (prototypes, design guides, development packages) while ensuring teams involved stay current, responsible and united. Coordinated content layout of external-facing website hosting development documents. Supervised establishment of a unified global format of development documents - prototypes, guides, FF & E specifications, standards. Supervised model room and conference set build-outs.Participated in Hampton’s Make It Hampton initiative (revitalization of older properties) and the development of Home2 Suites by Hilton prototype and Hampton (European) prototype. Managed Hampton’s interior signage program, casegood program, and Design Review Committee. Initiated revamping of Suppliers Connection website – reevaluation of vendors, establishment of new applicant criteria, inclusion of product specifications, and integration of global system. Established new criteria and processes for vendor product presentations to the A&C team.
