Maintain and active pool of qualified candidates to meet our clients business requirements. Responsible for matching and evaluating candidate skills to the client needs through screening and interviewing. Involved in the negotiation process of salary, terms and conditions of employment with each individual candidate. Also, involved in performing background, reference checks and other screening tools to ensure the best qualified candidate for our clients. Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with staff, candidates and clients to identify current staffing needs and requirements, projected openings and potential new business opportunities. Responsible for managing candidate information in the applicant tracking system and for providing updates to the Manager on a weekly basis. Able to meet and exceed all goals and objections set by the company Manager.
