External Affairs & Network Real Estate Manager-Negotiate and secure all agreements required to access existing utility infrastructure, right of ways (ROW), public utility easements (PUE), railroads, water conservation districts and/or any other licenses to enable the deployment of Ubiquity’s digital telecommunications infrastructure-Conduct multi-state jurisdictional Authorization Analysis and evaluate existing real estate assets through comprehensive land-use research across AZ, CA, NV, and TX to support fiber deployment strategy-Lead and direct Real Estate Specialists, engaging homeowners associations and executing Easement Acknowledgements and Right-of-Entry utility agreements for multi-tenant residential and commercial properties, expediting property access and fiber build readiness-Responsible for working collaboratively with local, state and/or federal agencies to ensure entitlement processes are consistent with applicable telecom regulations and removing barriers to deployments-Improved interdepartmental workflows and elevated data accuracy by managing and refining processes across Internet Service Provider (ISP) Sales, Construction, Business Access, and on key platforms such as Salesforce, SiteTracker, and Vetro.
