Project Direction/Management:• Ensure data integrity & timely completion of project data tasks within the parameters of the research plan for a complex large multi-site randomized control trial – including 16 diverse school districts, 55 schools, & over 16k students.• Oversee the development, submission, & adherence to data security protocols & streamline data sharing & vendor agreements within legal frameworks & the study’s research strategy.• Orchestrate intervention implementation and data activities for a smaller multi-level RCT, impacting 5 districts, 36 schools, 79 teachers, & over 2k students.• Build & maintain strong partnerships with educational districts and schools, fostering collaborative participation & a sense of shared commitment for project success. • Guide the adoption of evidence-based interventions to ensure high implementation fidelity.Technical Assistance: • Strengthen partners\' capacity to conduct research via guidance on creating logic models, formulating evaluation questions, and identifying quality data sources & data collection instruments.• Develop tools – i.e, checklists, surveys, & visual aids – to help districts evaluate current practices & facilitate the application of research insights in local educational settings.• Serve as a thought partner as clients make decisions around research plans, improvement efforts, & high-level goal setting.Analysis & Evaluation:• Lead mixed-methods evaluations, requiring the development of survey instruments & qualitative coding strategies & the application of propensity score matching to assess program efficacy.• Develop data dashboards using large datasets & simplify complex research results into actionable information for educational stakeholders.• Oversee teams in qualitative & quantitative analysis, ensuring accuracy in data management & reporting while supervising staff in a way that communicates timely information & cheerleads to inspire creativity & collaboration.
