About Tanya Eathakotti

As a Products and Technology associate at PwC, I apply my analytical skills and critical thinking to research, design, and implement effective business strategies and inclusive procedures for various technology assets. I work with a diverse and collaborative team of specialists to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that maximize brand and customer satisfaction, as well as financial growth and performance. I graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations, where I gained valuable knowledge and experience in labor relations and organizational operations. I also participated in several competitions and hackathons, where I demonstrated my creativity and problem-solving skills. For example, I won the inaugural DIA case study competition for the human services career field, where I proposed a comprehensive plan for enhancing diversity and inclusion in federal workplaces. I also received the \"Most Scalable Solution\" award for my concept pitch of \"JuicedUp\", an app that helps electric vehicle owners find the nearest charging location. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to challenge myself with complex and meaningful tasks. I aspire to become a leader and a mentor in my field, and to contribute to the advancement and transformation of the industry.
