Manage program demand activities for Jet Blue programs. Support Program Managers with development and execution of various project activities. Dedicated focal for internal and external customers to answer inquiries regarding schedule and execution against the delivery plan.• Develop and maintain project’s revenue/billing plan, COGS forecast, and projects ship-set delivery information. Develop and maintain project’s Program file/portfolio throughout the project duration.• Coordinate and monitor the release of drawings and technical documentation, and the timely sourcing and costing of materials necessary to meet project deliverables. Monitor project deliverables to ensure completion per contractual commitments. Responsible for timely entry and accuracy of hardware demand in the ERP system,• Ensure all project deliverables are driving requirements correctly on an on-going basis. Ensure customer PO’s are received and processed to meet planned on dock dates and resolve any discrepancies.• Propose, implement and monitor data collection and validate best practices to ensure data integrity and continuity.• Conduct weekly status meetings with customers to discuss any delivery exceptions.
