About Tanya D.
I’ve spent the last few years working closely with AI experts (authors, engineers, researchers, decision-makers), helping turn fast-moving ideas into books people can learn from and build with. A lot of that work has been in areas like LLMs, RAG, agent-based systems, and cybersecurity. Over time, my role has evolved from shaping books to owning products end-to-end. More recently, I’ve been focused on building and growing newsletters as products, defining the editorial voice, experimenting with formats, and using performance data to understand what really resonates with developers. A big part of that is staying close to readers, talking to them regularly, understanding what they’re trying to build or struggling with, and feeding those insights directly into our weekly issues. It’s a mix of writing, product thinking, and continuous discovery, figuring out how each issue can be more useful and worth coming back to, while also making space for sponsorships and revenue in a way that balances reader trust with sustainable commercial outcomes.
