A Chartered Accountant, cleared all levels in the very first attempt and a Commerce Graduate from Shivaji College, University of Delhi(Regular course), currently doing Industrial Training at KNAV Services Pvt Ltd. in the profile Global Taxation and Transfer Pricing. Also, done Articleship for a period of 18months in an 18years old Delhi Based Mid-Sized firm. My Work experience involves dealing with diversified profiles like Income Tax, TDS, Concurrent, Internal and Statutory Audit Engagements, Compliance with various laws. It includes Assisting businesses and individual clients in preparing tax returns ( Income Tax, TDS, GST), imparting Income Tax and TDS Consultancies to ensure compliance, Analysing tax law regulations to find potential deductions and recognise any deficiencies, performing filings of various e-forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), assisting for the incorporation of Private Limited and Section 8 Companies, drafting and preparing various resolutions and documents in accordance with the Companies Act 2013, being a part of Internal, Statutory and Concurrent Audit Engagements, and providing assistance to ensure the compliance of various other laws like helping liason offices to file annual reports with RBI, APR filing under FEMA, IEC and GST registrations, etc. From the school times only, I have been a good Communicator and won many debating and extempore competitions.
